All other terms not defined in this Cookie Policy will have the meanings set forth in the IVC Soundsystem End User License Agreement and Terms of Service located at (“EULA”).

Our Service may use cookies and other similar technologies, such as pixels (also known as a “web beacon” or “clear GIFs”), local storage, and device identifiers, to help provide you with a better user experience and to protect and improve the Service. The Network Advertising Initiative’s (NAI) Opt-Out Tool allows you to opt out from the use of information about your online activities for interest-based advertising by NAI member companies.

Certain targeted ads that we (or a service provider) may display to you based on information about your online activities across websites and other interactive properties operated by third parties may include the “Ad Choices” icon or another mechanism to opt out of receiving interest-based ads.

3.5 “Do Not Track Signals”

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we are not configured to respond to them at this time.

4. Cookies That Have Been Set in the Past

If you have disabled one or more cookies, we may still use information collected from cookies before they were disabled. However, we will stop using the disabled cookies to collect any further information.
